Had some radio play recently with my band D-60. We also got entered into BBC’s new prototype music discovery service called ‘Orbit’. We’ve released a couple of tracks so far but more are on the way. Take a listen above or here on bandcamp.

Got to work another brill animation from animator/illustrator Matt Partridge, in collaboration with Giphy Arts. ‘Movie Night! is a short film celebrating the long forgotten task of heading to a video store to grab your weekends entertainment.’

I’ve just finished my second EP ‘good gets better’ which is available now through bandcamp. Similar to my last EP, it’s a mixture of cinematic, ambient and electronic. Thanks again to Dave Oliffe for producing and Matt Partridge for the artwork.

I worked with Matt Partridge on this short animation for giphy.com, composing the music and creating the sound design with direction from Matt. It’s a nostalgia piece about the days of finding free toys in your cereal. See some more of how Matt creates these fun and interesting animations here.

We went to the Odense International Film Festival in Denmark in which ‘The Stupid Boy’ won 2 awards - The Audience Award and the Youth Jury Prize (for films relevant to youth culture). Never been to a film festival like this one so thanks to OFF! (and congrats to director Phil Dunn).
mesmer ep

I’ve released my first EP - it’s a 4 track ep and contains a mixture of influences, mainly electronic, ambient, cinematic and dance music. It’s also the first time I have worked with a producer (Dave Oliffe, Giant Audio) and had some custom artwork created by Matt Partridge. I feel honoured to have both Dave and Matt contribute to my music.
